    The Contracts Negotiation Manager will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners) the negotiation and drafting, as well as facilitate the execution of, standard and non-standard procurement and marketing related contracts, amendments, statements of work and renewals to ensure compliance with business requirements and corporate policy. Interact with management and senior personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines. Negotiate favorable commercial and legal terms and conditions on behalf of the company. Engage in process development, projects, including training sessions for clients and legal colleagues across the enterprise. Provide operational and administrative support for the Legal Marketing team.

    What you'll do in your role.

    • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of complex procurement and marketing related agreements, including main agreements, amendments, statements of work, NDAs, etc.
    • Support and manage continuous improvement of contract management tools, processes, and procedures to drive efficiencies.
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders among various business units to provide contract subject matter expertise during all phases of the contract lifecycle.
    • Co-create and lead presentations and training sessions for clients and legal colleagues across the enterprise on a variety of contractual matters, including, drafting, negotiation, and processes.
    • Effectively and efficiently work with other T-Mobile subject matter experts, legal teams, outside legal counsel to solve problems.
    • Providing operational and administrative support for the Marketing Legal team.
    • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by manager.

    The experience you'll bring.

    • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate setting or law firm.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Outstanding organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills with a record of effective cross-group collaboration.
    • Client-oriented focus with a comfort level working under challenging circumstances in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
    • Comfort with learning, using, and training users on new software platforms to improve efficiencies and solving client pain points.

    In addition, candidates must be detail-oriented, flexible, have excellent communications skills, as well as the ability to understand complicated legal documents and to make judgment calls to ensure the accurate and timely routing of legal documents.

    Washington Pay Range : $76, $102,900.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
