Redmond Onboarding Program


As part of our Redmond Onboarding Program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments and interfaces within our Used Crane Sales department.

Your main focus will be on learning and gradually taking on the responsibilities of a Sales Manager/Specialist for Used Cranes (m/f/d).


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acquiring, advising, and supporting dealers in the sale of used cranes
  • Creating offers and conducting negotiations until the completion of orders
  • Handling administrative and organizational tasks in the sales department
  • Assisting with trade shows, sales events, and promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering with business knowledge, or Business Administration with technical knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Structured, independent, and solutionoriented work style
  • Convincing demeanor and aboveaverage commitment
