Your tasks
Primary management of key tenant inquiries (initial focus on retail luxury) in the BVK portfolio - for tenant inquiries in both directly held investments and indirect fund investments of BVK
Establishment of a database for suitable spaces for specific tenant groups and preparation of information for stakeholders in the entire real estate investment of BVK - continuous comparison and exchange with owner representatives
Establishment of contacts with our external asset management - mediation of tenant inquiries to internal and external asset management
Intensive observation and analysis of the commercial real estate market in Germany and globally, regarding the target groups under management in cooperation with external brokerage companies
Key account management of the capital investment real estate management department for "know-your-customer" issues - clarification of complex individual case-related questions with all service and consulting companies connected to the department in cooperation with our compliance and middle office
Assumption of the owner function or support in the assumption of the owner function with regard to the property and return responsibility for individual managed properties in direct investment
Tenant acquisition and assumption of leasing management for individual managed properties or key tenant spaces in properties: negotiation and preparation of commercial lease agreements in coordination with the legal department
Regular property inspections with customers and sales partners (m/f/d)
Commissioning and management of internal/external
