The HRIS Manager (Individual Contributor role) will be a key contributor to the successful management, implementation, and optimization of Weber-Stephen's HRIS, with a focus on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors.
The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user training while staying informed about the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends.
The HRIS Manager is a vital contributor and a practitioner of Systems Thinking, with expertise in process mapping and the development of efficient and lean process flows.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall administration and optimization of the organization's HRIS, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
Lead the configuration and customization of HRIS modules to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Oversee data maintenance processes, including data entry, updates, and data integrity checks within SAP SuccessFactors.
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP SuccessFactors users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training programs as needed.
Stay informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend system enhancements and optimizations, including the constant exploration of best practices and "lift-and-shift" approaches that can be implemented at Weber-Stephen.
Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other systems, including payroll and talent management.
Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.Lead or contribute to the implementation of new HRIS modules or functionalities to meet evolving business needs.
Prepare and deliver dashboards, reporting, and analytics using SAP SuccessFactors tools to support HR and business decision-making.
Coordinate system adjustments to meet global functional requirements.
Provide moderation and advisory support to the Global Human Resources Community on the feasibility of requirements, releases, and SAP's roadmap.
Establish and manage global key user communities, fostering collaborative exchanges among them.Lead and facilitate comprehensive train-the-trainer programs to empower employees across Weber-Stephen, ensuring a proficient understanding and effective utilization of HRIS systems.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning to enhance system adoption and proficiency.Your Profile:
Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Proficient understanding of HR processes
Proficient understanding of process management
Ability to analyze and interpret human resources and technology related documents
Business fluency in English (C1/C2) – Any additional language is a plus
Experience / understanding of people analytics and data visualization is a plus
