- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of HRIS experience
- MUST have experience with ADP
- Experience with dashboarding such manipulating
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is necessary
- Ability to work independently and produce deliverables in a timely manner; ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Strategically plans and oversees the design, implementation, and communication of the bank's comprehensive benefits programs, including health plans, 401(k), ESPP, leave, and paid time off plans.
- Utilizes HRIS expertise to generate customized reports tailored to the needs of various departments and business units.
- Acts as the HRIS subject matter expert on cross-functional projects, focusing on process enhancement and streamlining both business and system processes.
- Supervises a support team of two HR Generalists, providing guidance and leadership in their roles.
- Leads the analysis and execution of new features and enhanced functionality within HR systems to optimize performance.
- Develops and generates reports to evaluate compliance with internal programs, policies, and regulations.
- Manages the creation of customized reports, including one-time data extraction and recurring auto-generated reports.
- Oversees system update projects, including project planning, status meetings, testing, and user training.
- Directs the editing or creation of applicable data points, systems, and codes within the HRIS.
- Develops user procedures, guidelines, and system documentation to ensure effective utilization of the HRIS.
- Provides ongoing systems support and guidance to the HR team.
