- Manage and develop reports from the HRIS to meet the needs of various departments and business units.
- Lead the analysis, selection, and implementation of new HR features and functionalities.
- Oversee data entry and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Partner with business leaders and system owners to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for the HRIS.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the HR team on all HRIS-related matters.
- Manage a team of HR Generalists, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Lead system update projects, including creating project plans, conducting testing, and training users.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHR certification a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRIS role, with a proven track record of managing the HRIS process.
- Experience managing direct reports is essential.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to develop and manage complex reports using HRIS data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and change management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and employment law is a plus.
- Experience with ADP is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated HRIS Manager to join their dynamic team.
