    Description

    Title – Sr. HR Generalist

    Hours: onsite

    Pay: Up to $100K

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of comprehensive Human Resources generalist experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation, HRIS benefits, recruitment, employee relations, diversity, performance management, organizational diagnosis, and federal and state employment laws.
    • Proven success in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
    • Strong results orientation and collaborative mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and manager capability, including learning and development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
    • Continuously refine existing programs and policies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with company culture and direction.
    • Compile information and create presentations to support human capital initiatives and projects.
    • Ensure rigorous execution of core processes and internal controls with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Identify training and development opportunities for specific business segments and recommend appropriate programs; conduct training sessions as needed.
    • Lead and/or participate in designated and ad hoc project teams.
    • Manage and maintain data and reporting requests for the Talent department, addressing internal and external stakeholders, government agencies, and compliance requirements.
    • Oversee the New Hire, Onboarding, Position Changes, and Termination data processes, ensuring data integrity.
    • Manage user accounts and access permissions within the HRIS.
    • Partner with the HRIS vendor to optimize system functionality.
    • Create and run reports based on departmental and organizational needs.
    • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned sites and functional groups.
    • Collaborate with regional and site managers within assigned areas for up to 8 sites
    • Lead employee investigations.
    • Travel up to 20% within the U.S.
