- Support and maintain HRIS and ATS applications and modules, with a focus on Paycom HRIS preferred. This includes configuring system settings, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to customize and enhance HRIS and ATS functionalities to meet organizational needs, such as creating custom reports and dashboards.
- Manage the end-to-end process of Workers' Compensation and Liability Claims, including intake, documentation, investigation, and resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures and documentation for HRIS, ATS, and claims management processes.
- Provide training and support to HR and management staff on HRIS and ATS usage, including best practices for data entry and reporting.
- Prepare and submit OSHA and compliance reports accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with employee onboarding procedures, including new hire paperwork, system setup, and orientation sessions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or Risk Management, with a strong understanding of HRIS, ATS, or claims management processes.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS applications, with preference given to experience with Paycom HRIS.
- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and Liability Claims processes and regulations, including experience with claims administration and resolution.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements and compliance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
