WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:


  • Troubleshoot remotely and occasionally travel to customer sites.
  • Approve Quotes
  • Article creation/ Update knowledge articles as needed.
  • Create cases and maintain a first call resolution rate of 80% or higher

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:

  • Bachelors Degree in an electronics or mechanical background
  • 2 Years experience troubleshooting
  • Responsible and a selfstarter
  • Problem solve and handles stressful situations well
  • Lifelong learner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good writing skills

$80, $90,000.00 per year
