Company is looking for a Regional Management System Specialist who will define and implement an HSEQ management system that ensures both Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Quality management standards outlined in ISO 14001 and 9001.

This work requires strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Lead and manage the company's efforts in obtaining ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications.
  • Lead, implement and manage the company NA Management Systems and provide applicable training to employees on processes, procedures, and documentation requirements and establish recurring/sustainable training modules (collaboration with Training Specialist).
  • Serve as an internal auditor to compare information laid out in company's HSEQ Management Systems to company operating processes and establish recurring/sustainable training modules (collaboration with Training Specialist).
  • Provide recommendations and selection criteria for a licensed registrar.
  • Schedule and coordinate all internal and external audits and Lead efforts to resolve nonconformities resulting from these audits.

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 25 years of proven experience as a Health, Safety, Environmental or Quality Engineer, with management system responsibilities, an HSE or QA/QC leader, or in an HSEQ Management System Consultant capacity.
  • Experience managing HSEQ Management System certifications conforming to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 900
  • Experience conducting training to non
  • HSE/Quality personnel on Management System requirements.
  • Experience as an internal auditor, including follow up on corrective actions, performing Risk Assessments and leading Management Reviews.
  • Detailed Oriented with good interpersonal skills and capacity to influence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Six Sigma (Lean) and ASQ certification preferred.
