Account Management Specialist The
Account Management Specialist is the primary liaison between the company and customers, which may include retail, durable goods, automotive, and/or electronic commerce providers.
Working as part of a team, the
Account Management Specialist will monitor a high volume of customer communications to manage order acceptance and order maintenance to meet Hub and customer performance metrics, while quickly providing solutions to resolve any customer concerns.
- A Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management or related field is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in transportation industry a plus
- A strong talent for multitasking and competing priorities
- Attention to details; highly organized
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with EDI processes, Web Tender Portals, fax and other applicable forms of electronic communication preferred
- Ability to work weekend rotation when scheduled

Pay:
$42, $45,000.00 per year
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
