    Account Management Specialist- Atlanta, Georgia

    Job Summary:

    Join the Hub Group as an Account Management Specialist. This role acts as a key link between the company and various customers, such as retail, durable goods, automotive, and electronic commerce providers. As part of a team, the Account Management Specialist is responsible for handling a large volume of customer communications to oversee order acceptance and maintenance to meet performance metrics for both Hub and the customers, offering prompt solutions to address any customer issues.

    The Ideal Candidate Possesses:

    • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields (not mandatory)
    • Prior experience in the transportation industry is advantageous
    • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Knowledge of EDI processes, Web Tender Portals, fax, and other electronic communication methods is a plus
    • Willingness to work weekend rotations as needed
