This role is expected to come into our Atlanta office 1 time per week so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a DutonianKEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview submitted contract and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to PagerDuty order acceptance policiesProcess orders and ensure clean bookings in compliance with company policyManage all order entry activities for global operations, including customer order management and system input, order inquiries and follow-up, and customer contact/reportingManage daily visibility of order activity through Zuora systemEstablish strong relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Collections, Revenue Accounting, and other internal resources as appropriateContribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and proceduresBASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of related field experienceStrong Salesforce experienceProven knowledge of ERP systems (Zuora Billing system preferred)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsSelf-starter and self-motivatedAbility to effectively multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentAttention to detail, follow through, excellent communication skillsHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientationAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervisionThe base salary range for this position is 61, ,000 USD.
This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
