Willkommen in unserem dynamischen Team In der Go-To-Market-Abteilung verfolgen wir im Commercial-Bereich das Ziel, alle Produkte und Gattungen des Red Bull Media Brand Networks bestmglich und einheitlich im Markt zu positionieren. Deine Untersttzung ist dabei gefragt, insbesondere fr Units wie Media Sales & Partnerships, New Business & Strategy sowie Distribution & Licensing. Als Commercial Development Manager kannst du durch strukturiertes Office Management, effizientes Projektmanagement und akkurate Budgetplanung mageblich dazu beitragen, diese Ziele professionell umzusetzen. Budget-Planung Du bist verantwortlich fr die Erstellung der Budgetprsentationen und -Dokumentation im direkten Zusammenspiel mit allen Stakeholdern und der Finance-Abteilung. Dein Einsatz von strukturierten Prozessen und relevanten Office-Tools trgt dazu bei, die gesteckten Ziele innerhalb der finanziellen Rahmenbedingungen zu erreichen. Dein Beitrag ist entscheidend, um eine erfolgreiche Budget-Planung und -umsetzung sicherzustellen. Office Management Du untersttzt unser Go-To-Market-Team sowohl administrativ als auch organisatorisch und trgst dazu bei, das Department mit kommerzieller Ausrichtung erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Verwaltung von Ordnern, die Strukturierung von Meetings, die Dokumentation und Protokollierung von Terminen, Bestellungen sowie das Ticketmanagement. Dabei spielst du eine zentrale Rolle als Schnittstelle fr die interne und externe Kommunikation, um effiziente Prozesse zu ermglichen. Du beherrschst die Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel und PowerPoint souvern und kannst sie effektiv fr die Erstellung von Verkaufsunterlagen, Prsentationen und Berichten nutzen. Als verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit sozialer Kompetenz arbeitest Du gerne im Team und kannst erfolgreich mit internen und externen Stakeholdern interagieren.
