We are looking for a
Project Manager:
- Low Voltage** to work in Houston, TX who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. In this role, you'll be responsible for Project building adherence requirements to meet customer Information Technology standards. You'll bring your expertise to provide construction technology solutions, ensuring the success of our projects for our client.
Examples of essential functions are:
- Interface with customers for network connection solutions involving Security / Cameras / Wireless access points / Communication Rooms / Network Switches / Audio Visual Systems / Realtime Location Systems.
- Provide activation requirements for multiple vendor supplied equipment such as Cellular-RF amplifier radio systems / Business Automation Systems / various Clinical systems.
- Become familiar with Owner's Design requirements and defend their implementation by vendors or General Contractors.
- Manage cost effective low voltage solutions and prevent over design.
- Monitor and track client cost processes.
- Provide quality control inspections and documentation for activation activities.
- Manage requirements for employee moves from multiple locations
- Engage with 'Subject Matter Experts' for guidance and resolution of issues.

Here's what you'll need:
- 10 years of IT project management and installation experience
- Proven low voltage system experience
- Through understanding of Structure Network Cabling covering proper Copper and FIBER installations and testing (BICSI Technician certification)
- Ability to negotiate with multiple client departments to provide project solutions.
