Job Summary:
Supporting one of ECI's core values, as a Project Manager you "own the outcome" for ERP software implementations. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating, coordinating, driving, and overseeing ERP software implementations. You'll collaborate closely with customers to monitor the project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely project delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead ERP software implementations using our standard methodology, focusing on TimetoValue
  • Manage delivery of strategic, multiphase projects, prioritizing timely completion
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, emphasizing milestones and timelines
  • Drive planning, development, and execution of projects to meet strategic goals
  • Maintain consistent customer engagement throughout project lifecycle, emphasizing timely communication
  • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with service deliverables
  • Facilitate development of business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Assign and delegate tasks to project team members, fostering accountability
  • Monitor project progress closely and balance the tradeoff of the triple constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively
  • Keep leadership informed through regular reports and meetings, addressing risks proactively
  • Oversee complex projects or programs that require coordination of work between various parties such as: Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Accounts Receivables, and Support
  • Serve as a point of escalation for internal and customer issues and requests

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or ITrelated field
  • Certification or equivalent professional experience required
  • 5+ years implementation experience with ERP software in largescale, highrisk projects
  • Strong desire to learn our ERP solution and methodology
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, with exposure to SalesForce and FinancialForce/Certinia as a plus
  • Experience with ERP solutions including Accounting, Order Processing, Inventory Management, etc.
  • Knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, risk management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, communication plan, project plan, status reports, quarterly business reviews, change orders, implementation plan, and contingency plan
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, problemsolving, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets
  • Working knowledge of technical business requirements including software integration, data migration, etc.
  • Willingness to travel up to 510%

Nice to Have:


  • PMP Certification (or other PM certifications)
  • APICS/CPIM certification
  • Experience with SaaS implementations
  • Familiarity with Supply-Chain Optimization, Distribution, CRM, WMS, and Web solutions
