Leidos has an excellent opportunity for a
Project Manager with spaceflight experience to work on NASA's Human Health & Performance Contract (HHPC) supporting the Human Systems Engineering and Development (HSED) Department.
This position will lead flight hardware projects by initiating and participating in project planning / development, monitoring project progress, and managing project budget to ensure milestones are met deliverables are achieved.
This position is located on site at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas and has the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Math, Science, Project Management) and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Project Management experience in the aerospace industry, or similar role
- Experience in managing spaceflight projects of different sizes from start to finish, including technical reviews for life cycle milestones
- Excellent collaboration communication skills with experience in a customerinterfacing role
- Knowledge of configuration management for documentation and hardware / software
- Experience leading negotiations with subcontractors / vendors and completing procurement
- Experience with cost account management and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting NASA programs
- Experience with Flight Hardware Development processes as outlined in JSC WI-EA02
- Experience with Human Systems Engineering such as human factors and designing for the product enduser

Pay Range $87, $157,450.00
