Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT projects, particularly those requiring deep technical knowledge.
- Work closely with IT developers and engineers to define project requirements, develop timelines, and determine resource allocation.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Manage coordination of the systems/software development team on project progress and deadlines.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Serve as the technical point of contact to clarify project requirements and integrate business and technical objectives.
Qualifications
:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background.
- Demonstrated ability to lead software development or system implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages, database systems, and software development life cycle.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.
- Technical expertise specific to the automotive industry's IT needs.
