Job DescriptionNorth American Roofing is a large commercial roofing contractor in the United States.We are searching for a B2B Sales professional with experience developing regional accounts who can help us continue our growth in the Orlando ,Florida market.
We are looking for a dynamic sales individual to join our national team to continue our success.If you are a proven sales leader with an ability to work independently and remotely with a history of closing large ticket sales and relationship selling, let's discuss how this may be a good fit for you.
While this is for the Orlando region, we are always interested in connecting with sales leaders servicing our markets for possible future opportunities and roles, so your applications are also welcomed outside of that market.

Purpose of the Job:
To grow regional sales for all commercial roofing lines of business
Job Duties:
Work to meet and exceed annual reroof and service sales goals Proactively prospect and develop accounts by cold calling, social media, emails and face to face meetings.
Identify and network with decision makers of regional accounts to secure all business opportunities Arrange meetings with relevant decision makers and centers of influence to review roofing sales opportunities Manage existing regional accounts and build relationships with key personnel Conduct in-person, virtual, and conference call meetings with all stakeholders relevant to meeting company objectives.
Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accountsMeet and/or exceed territory sales targets Requirements/ Qualifications:3+ years B2B experience with a heavy emphasis in solution sellingExperience in facilities and/or commercial construction salesStrong skills in relationship building, presentation, problem solving, prospecting and closingAdept at managing client expectations through the sales process from program development to service implementation and fulfillmentAbility to clearly communicate and negotiate in challenging sales situationsAbility to achieve productivity goals as outlined by organizational metricsMust be able to climb a ladder; may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must have clean driving recordTravel within regional territory requiredLimited overnight travel for corporate meetingsExperience with Microsoft Suite and CRM programs.
