Position Overview:
This is a Hybrid position in Orlando, Florida.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for Lovera Home Loans a DBA of American Financial Network.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving growth and leading your team to expand our mortgage operations across your region.

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join American Financial Network in Orlando, Florida.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in fostering growth and guiding your team to enhance our mortgage operations in the region.

Your main duties will involve supervising loan production, fostering a culture of excellence, and expanding business operations in your specified area.

ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks and Responsibilities:

Train, and mentor branch managers to build high-performing teams that achieve outstanding mortgage production results.
Oversee and drive loan production activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Regional Manager to identify and attract top mortgage professionals to join our branches.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase loan volume, and achieve growth targets.
Provide guidance and support to branch managers in areas such as sales strategies, customer relationship management, and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Monitor and evaluate branch performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies to address areas of improvement.
Provide ongoing training and support for their team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge while closely monitoring the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong track record of success in loan origination, production, or management.
NMLS License is Required
Live in Orlando or Central Florida
Proven experience as a Regional, Sales Manager or similar leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving exceptional results.
Deep knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, industry best practices, and market trends.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, motivate individuals, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
