    Description

    Location – Phoenix, AZ Onsite

    Need an expert-level Analyst with FIS MBP ecosystem and Digital One applications experience.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 3-6 years of experience in an Analyst role in Banking
    • Prior experience with FIS, MBP , Core banking system .
    • Banking/Financial Services experience is a must.
    • Previous experience in an Agile environment for banking, financial services, or credit card services preferred.
    • Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office, Visio and JIRA
    • Experience with banking ecosystem, system integration.
    • Solid skills in API using tools like Rest Assured, Postman.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive management, individual contributors
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contribute to overall core banking Solution strategy for digital bank implementation to meet the organization's business requirements
    • Identify and understand organization guidelines, policies and procedures for IT Asset Management for core banking applications used at the Bank
    • Work with technology and fulfill compliance needs with Asset Management governance processes
    • Drive Architecture governance approvals for core banking applications as per organization guidelines
    • Work closely with technology, product & experience leaders to define integrations within core banking
    • Contribute to implementation of core banking FIS solutions by collaborating with Product
    • Define & document technical specifications of core banking FIS integrations used by the Bank
    • Monitor, evaluate, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance.
    • Coordinate and facilitate core banking integrations across projects with project managers.
    • Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.
