Located in Milton, WI, andLake in the Hills IL.We employ highly trained people whose goal is to make our company the best service company in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

    Pay

    • $17.00-$20.00/hour + performance-based bonus

    Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
    • Maintain and cultivate excellent client relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills
    • Establish priorities when handling multiple calls to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for clients
    • Collaborate and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure services provided meet company standards and generate positive feedback from clients
    • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills by actively participating in team meetings and supporting colleagues when needed
    • Assist in performing daily office duties, such as data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks, to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and overall organization.

    Job requirements

    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using common software applications
    • Desire to provide excellent customer service and sales support
    • Upbeat, outgoing, and eager to work collaborativelywith the team and customers
    • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Willingness to adapt to new processes and systems
    • Willingness to work full-time, learn, and find career advancement opportunities within the team
    • Must successfully pass a background check and drug testing
    • Entry-level position, no prior experience required
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
