- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain and cultivate excellent client relations through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Establish priorities when handling multiple calls to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for clients
- Collaborate and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure services provided meet company standards and generate positive feedback from clients
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills by actively participating in team meetings and supporting colleagues when needed
- Assist in performing daily office duties, such as data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks, to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and overall organization.
