Preferred Title is looking to add to the Customer Service Department

Preferred Title offers full title insurance services for both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

This position located at our Madison office.


Hours:
Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


Duties

• Investigate and consider all facts and specific circumstances surrounding customers' questions and/or concerns and resolve problems accordingly.
• Work closely with coworkers to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED, required.
• Customer Service Experience, required.
• Typing and General computer skills, required.
• Knowledge about real estate is preferred, but not required.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
