Our Customer Service Representatives play an essential role in representing our brand & helping us take excellent care of our customers in a fast & efficient manner.

The Big Task_

Our Customer Service Representatives are compassionate people who excel in exceptional service by demonstrating empathy and showing meticulous attention to customer needs.

They handle all inbound calls & make outbound calls as needed to help us take care of as many people as possible.

Key Sub Tasks_

• Providing great Customer Service and giving our customers a 5star experience.
• Answering phones and booking service calls to our dispatch board
• Calling existing customers and members to schedule service visits
• Entering and maintaining detailed notes in electronic customer files/jobs
• Participate in continued professional training
• Other miscellaneous duties as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:_

• Positive, empathetic and teamfirst attitude
• Dispatch/call center/customer service experience
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Knowledge of general customer service principles and practices
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Interpersonal, communication, listening, problemsolving, multitasking skills
• High school diploma or higher level of education
