For our client, one of the leading fleet service providers in Europe, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Elkhorn, WI.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management of an assigned fleet
  • Advising customers (e.g. on vehicle equipment, leasing specifications, contract adjustments and transfers)
  • As the main point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring customer and driver satisfaction
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
  • Requesting quotes
  • Placing orders for customer vehicles with dealers
  • Requesting leasing contracts and monitoring their return
  • Organizing vehicle registrations in collaboration with partners
  • Careful monitoring of deadlines for customer fleets
  • Tracking vehicle arrivals and departures
  • Performing additional administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer data and ordering fuel cards

Your qualifications:

  • Completed (commercial) vocational training
  • Previous experience in fleet management, leasing or car rental is preferred; alternatively, experience in the service industry, such as hospitality, is also valuable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Good command of German and English, French language skills are a plus
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Team player with a selfsufficient, structured and solutionoriented work style
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
