Description
Account Manager
SSi Account Managers are tasked with building strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with assigned MSP Programs and/or Client contacts to grow our overall footprint. AMs are subject matter experts in their assigned accounts and are viewed as a valued partner to the programs they support. Account Managers at SSi People are supportive and determined problem solvers. They aim to help identify solutions to best solve our clients' workforce shortages with creative thinking and always having a positive and pro-active mindset.
This role will service existing SSi Clients, and this individual will be responsible for strengthening new and established relationships within those accounts. There is no new business development required for this role. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have sales experience, building strong partnerships with customers and thriving in a role where they can constantly engage with others. They will have a passion for making connections and have a strong work ethic. Someone local to NJ is required - This role is remote, but will require occasional onsite meetings at local clients and with teammates in the central NJ area. 2+ years in Staffing in a sales capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with Program/Client contacts by achieving weekly meeting expectation.
· Gain knowledge to greater support the client and expand our overall presence inside the account/program
· Partner with Delivery to meet SLAs and exceed expectations to support assigned clients to achieve growth goals.
· Attend/Run daily huddle call with team to celebrate achievements, prioritize requirements, provide updates, and request recruiter feedback on searches/candidates/market intel.
· Manage requirement and interview activity.
· Manage headcount for clients, including offers, starts, and ends.
· Attend regular strategy meetings with Management on account activity and performance.
· Always remain positive and maintains a supportive and respectful team environment.
