    Role Summary:

    Join our sales team as a key player in driving Populate's growth. This role is central to our expansion, focused on identifying and seizing new business opportunities primarily through cold calling. As the initial point of engagement, your efforts in reaching out to prospective clients are crucial in laying the groundwork for our sales process and ultimately, our company's success.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prospect for Qualified Leads: Leverage research tools to pinpoint businesses that will benefit from Populate's innovative solutions.
    • Conduct a high-volume of cold Calls: Engage with potential clients daily, introducing our products/services and fostering opportunities for further discussions and sales.
    • Connect with Decision-Makers: Secure appointments and develop relationships to support the sales process.
    • Fuel Sales Pipeline Growth: Play a supportive role in surpassing our ambitious sales targets.
    • Learn and Grow: Enhance your sales skills with continuous coaching and mentorship from seasoned professionals.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, capable of establishing relationships over the phone.
    • Resilience and motivation in the face of challenges, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation goals.
    • Experience in sales or business development, ideally with a strong foundation in cold calling.
    • Strong organizational abilities to navigate a bustling pipeline of prospects.
    • A positive, team-oriented attitude, eager to contribute to Populate's growth and culture.
