    Job Description

    The Creative Services Specialist's primary focus will be executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of Centri Business Consulting, LLC ("the Firm"). This person will be responsible for the smooth execution of marketing activities within the marketing department and for helping drive growth and enhancing our brand image for the Firm both internally and externally.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Proposal Process:

    • Assist in creating compelling proposals by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Manage proposal timelines, content, and formatting.
    • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.

    Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging written content for marketing collateral, including sales collateral, whitepapers, presentations and case studies.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create persuasive narratives.
    • Optimize content for various channels (web, social media, email).

    Graphic Design:

    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials.
    • Design marketing assets such as banners, infographics, ads, logos and social media visuals.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable.

    Event Coordination:

    • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing marketing events (webinars, conferences, workshops).
    • Assist with coordination logistics, including researching venue selection, invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up.
    • Order giveaways, ship marketing materials, and keep track of marketing collateral inventory.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

    Visual Capabilities:

    • Enhance visual storytelling through graphics, videos, and presentations.
    • Maintain consistency in branding across all visual assets.
    • Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.

    Additional Tasks:

    • Website Strategy & Support:
      • Maintain and improve the company website and intranet, ensuring it reflects the latest offerings and messaging and is kept up to date and current.
    • Email Marketing:
      • Create and execute email campaigns, track metrics, and analyze result to create more effective designs.
      • Stay informed about email marketing trends and best practices.
    • Social Media:
      • Provide ongoing support for social media efforts.
      • Manage daily posting, scheduling and tracking of engagement.
      • Support team members with social media assistance- posting on personal pages, providing branded assets, etc.
    • Market Research:
      • Assist in gathering market insights and competitor analysis.
      • Recommend strategies based on research findings.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an accounting or a professional services firm.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaigns, and design concepts.
    • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
    • Experience in marketing/design computer software and online applications - Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
    • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel), marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.
    • Travel will be 5% of the time when necessary.
