About the Customer Services Specialist position:

Data collection:
Assist prospects in gathering the required qualifying information for NTN and Docuverus.


Overview:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:_**Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with apartment management software or related technologies is a plus.

Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is advantageous.

Prefer experience with Yardi, Rent Café, NTN, and Docuverus.
