Position Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. Entry level experience 1-2 years. The Customer Service Specialists are responsible for handling all inbound customer calls. They will also be assigned daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to data entry, google address verification, filing and other processing functions.
Essential Functions:
- Answering and proper routing of inbound customer calls.
- Updating and verifying customer accounts.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Data entry
- New customer quoting and obtaining accurate information.
- Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA Standards, and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Regular and predicable attendance required.
- Other duties as assigned.
