Description
Smart Care Equipment Solutions is the trusted service leader in the commercial food equipment industry. We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist with strong computer and organizational skills. This position coordinates customer service requests from initiation to completion.

Partnering with the operations department, the service delivery specialist communicates the service schedule with the customer, and coordinates with Technicians while ensuring that the customer's service request is completed in a timely manner.


  • Point of contact for technicians to ensure that the customer's requests are handled and work orders are accurate
  • Effectively manage work in progress including proactive management of all open service orders that need parts ordered, are in waiting for parts status or have other special requirements
  • Build and solidify associate and customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Review and resolve escalated service issues and find unique and repeatable ways of solving issues
  • Prepares weekly/monthly execution plans for planned service agreements
  • Procures partsmaterialstools
  • Conducts customer service followup
  • Facilitates the administration of warranty claims
  • Maintains uptodate client account information

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to commute to Moorestown, NJ
  • This is an inperson role, no remote work available
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in dispatch, customer service and/or restaurant management
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office / Window based environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn unique and proprietary software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal direct supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • HVAC/R industry experience preferred but will train the right person

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
