    Job Summary:

    • Provide HR expertise and leadership support to the business operations.
    • Offer counsel on HR matters, employment law, and compliance.
    • Align HR strategies with business needs.
    • Oversee talent acquisition and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all HR matters for the business operations.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
    • Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts.
    • Handle on-boarding, benefits enrollment, and personnel management.
    • Manage employee relations and conduct terminations.
    • Provide training, coaching, and development for the management team.
    • Participate in safety initiatives and performance evaluations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
    • HR certification preferred.
    • Minimum of five years of HR experience, with management experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
