    Job DescriptionSalary:

    Appodeal team is looking for a Head of Inbound Marketing. As the Head of Inbound Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead a team responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads into customers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
    • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
    • Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including knowledgebase, case studies, and more, to educate and engage our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize lead generation and lead nurturing workflows (Hubspot).
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • 4 years of experience in inbound marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
    • 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in advertising technology company or gaming company.
    • Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
