Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers to ensure a successful overall experience.
  • Take a service and solutionoriented approach to all interactions, using strong judgment to balance company goals with ensuring an overall positive outcome and resolution for the customer
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues with customer orders.
  • Manage daily questions and reviews on our Yotpo / social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and enable efficiencies.
  • Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problemsolve any customer ordersrelated issues.
  • Collaborate Marketing Director /Manager on efficient communications with influencers and Brand ambassadors orders, image recollection, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Highly organized and detailoriented person, planner, and multitasker
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Utilizes good judgment and strong problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and all Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to always rollup sleeves and take on tasks to support team with a "getitdone" attitude

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
