Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outreach to customers to ensure a successful overall experience.
Take a service and solutionoriented approach to all interactions, using strong judgment to balance company goals with ensuring an overall positive outcome and resolution for the customer
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues with customer orders.
Manage daily questions and reviews on our Yotpo / social media platforms.
Identify opportunities and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and enable efficiencies.
Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problemsolve any customer ordersrelated issues.
Collaborate Marketing Director /Manager on efficient communications with influencers and Brand ambassadors orders, image recollection, and reporting.

Qualifications

13 years of experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Highly organized and detailoriented person, planner, and multitasker
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Utilizes good judgment and strong problemsolving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite especially Excel
Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and all Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Willing to always rollup sleeves and take on tasks to support team with a "getitdone" attitude

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
