    Description

    About the Role:
    As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll drive the strategy and development of our supply chain function.
    You'll help define how we select distributor partners, identify manufacturers, and enable the processes needed to scale brands nationally.
    This will include building and executing playbooks to scale multiple licenses, while working with cross-functional teams on to go-to market
    We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly process-oriented, data-driven, and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

    You will report into the Director of Culinary Strategy on our New Restaurant Models team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

    This role's preferred location is San Francisco, all other locations will require a minimum 8-10 weeks of travel per year to the Bay Area.


    Job Duties:
    You'll strategiz – Build the strategy for enabling food distribution nationally through partnerships with distributors and manufacturers.
    You'll implement – Drive go-to-market planning & execution for new licenses to bring concepts to market

    You'll analyze – Build models to define supply chain success, monitor and drive product KPIs, and support our cross-functional teams.

    You'll influence – Work cross-functionally with our Culinary Development & Sales teams to land key initiatives

    Job Qualifications
    6+ years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / consulting or related experience
    Proven track record of leading highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
    Expert interpersonal and communication skills
    Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets;
