PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.


ABOUT THE JOB

As part of the Administration team, the Campus Operations Manager this position plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations, administration, and efficient functioning of the PATH Metro Villas campus.

This role ensures our external partners and vendors have the necessary resources and information to provide appropriate services and responses to support all members of the campus community.

This role serves as the first point of contact for staff in relation to campus operations which may involve but not limited to:
admin support, events, general inquiries, parking, building access, and safety escorts.

This role is heavily responsible for managing vendor relationships and deliverables in accordance with specified agreements and internal policies and procedures.

Moreover, this role will oversee and implement accurate record keeping and data entry via electronic file management and software systems in addition to generating training content for select vendors or service providers.


Position Responsibilities include:

  • Spearhead tasks to ensure smooth daytoday operations including but not limited to functions of select vendors, service providers and 24/7 campus security; afterhours and weekends included
  • Participate in meetings related to campus operations, taking meeting minutes and creating agendas
  • Liaison between selected contracted vendors and central pointofcontact; communicating daily campus needs, coverage, and scheduling for the campus
  • Collect, review, input and investigate daily reports submitted by vendors or service providers; addressing concerns directly with vendors and escalating to internal and external supervisor(s) as needed
  • Generate monthly reports and summary of highlights including action items and/or plans for resolutions
  • Collaborate with Administrative Manager and/or Director of Administration & Campus Operations to review campus needs including but not limited to: events, parking, safety concerns, and Welcome Center activity.
  • In collaboration with Director of Admin & Campus OPs, develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies related to vendors, service providers and general campus operations
  • Develop digital presentations and training resources; facilitate inperson trainings for selected vendors, as needed
  • Collect, input and investigate reports submitted by vendors or service providers; addressing concerns directly with vendors and escalating to supervisor as needed
  • Maintain digital library of all records and materials, ensuring accuracy, proper distribution and retrieval
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff on all security related matters; often requiring immediate response afterhours and/or weekends
  • Oversee and respond to all parking related items including but not limited to: reservations, requests, placards, and issues
  • Manage internal and external requests for camera footage and/or building access in accordance with internal policies and confidentiality parameters
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting of software systems including centralized ticket system for the admin dept., which may include building access and CCTV for the campus
  • Key member of emergency response team for the campus; specific role to be designated as needed
  • Collaborate with internal Environmental Health and Safety personnel
  • Liaison to external partners, property management, agencies and law enforcement as needed; normal operating hours, afterhours and weekends as needed
