Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage daytoday operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and identify areas for improvement within Company structure
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence
• Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to sales efforts
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
