    ```Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team.

    As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role
    • Strong background in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent customer service and relationshipbuilding skills
    • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results
    • Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
