    Description
    Our client is a dynamic commercial construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects to our clients. Their tight-knit team is committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, and they are seeking an Executive Assistant to join us in supporting our office operations and Cheif Executive Officer.
    • Work experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or real estate environment.
    • Proficiency in drafting and editing documents, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with BuildOut and CoStar platforms for marketing materials generation is highly desirable.
    • Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
    • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

      salary: $38,000 - $41,600 per year
      shift: First
      work hours: 9 AM - 2 PM
      education: High School

      Responsibilities
      • Drafting and editing correspondence, invoices, proposals, and other documents with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Utilizing BuildOut and CoStar platforms to generate marketing materials, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
      • Managing mailing lists and executing marketing campaigns to promote company services and projects.
      • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
      • Providing comprehensive support to the Property Manager, including experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
      • Screening and directing phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries when appropriate, and maintaining professional communication standards.
      • Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, milestones, and project documentation.
      • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
      • Conducting research and preparing reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
      • Providing general administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
