- Exercises discretion and independent judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information in connection with the Executives' responsibilities, which may include financial, personnel, funders, and grant-related data.
- Prepares correspondences, reports, agendas, and spreadsheets in support of the Executive's needs.
- Manages travel arrangements for Executives, as needed, and schedules for out-of-town visitors and employment candidates.
- Coordinates all arrangements for meetings of various committees, task forces and groups (notices, materials, food and minutes).
- Prepares for and coordinates special off-site Association leadership meetings as
- Maintains organizational charts for assigned
- Coordinates staff business cards, stationery orders and office supplies for business/administrative
- Fields all incoming calls for the EVP, COO/ CFO.
- Maintains corporate databases for various reports, committees and mailings.
- Other tasks or projects, as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in social services, business or equivalent preferred, or a certification for administrative professionals
- Three or more years of related experience working as an assistant to high level executives preferably in a not-for-profit
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Smartsheet, Google Docs, Canva and other administrative tools.
