    Executive Assistant- Oklahoma City, OK
    LHH is in search of an Executive Assistant with over 3 years of experience for a full-time position in Oklahoma City. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a quickly expanding organization.

    This role involves providing extensive administrative support to a Senior Vice President and occasionally to other Senior Executives. The ideal candidate should be adept at prioritizing tasks, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and communicating effectively with management and staff.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel coordination and expense management
    • Calendar organization and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
    • Planning and managing meetings and events
    • Tracking reports, managing files, and recording meeting minutes
    • Supporting team members and internal departments as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in a corporate environment
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Personable, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

    Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Experience: 3 - 5 years of recent Executive Assistant experience in a corporate setting.

    Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours weekly.
