Position Information
In concert with the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Associate Director is responsible to develop an annual strategic plan in line with Enrollment Services and the campus strategic plans to meet freshman, transfer and non-resident enrollment objectives.
The Associate Director develops and implements innovative and modern recruitment and yield techniques for freshman and transfer students. Position provides critical operational leadership for UA, impacting the entire undergraduate recruitment, admission, and enrollment goals and plan implementation.Responsibilities include:
personnel, budget and resource management specific to the recruitment unit, implementation of policies and procedures to enhance and/or improve recruitment and yield program development, and development of annual recruitment plans and timelines.
Please be advised that candidates may be required to turn in a presentation as part of the interview process.The budgeted hourly/salary range for this position is $100,000/yr. - $130,000/yr.
