    About the Company

    Join Colossyan in revolutionizing video creation with generative AI, making it quicker and more accessible. Daily, billions engage with videos, but production can be time-consuming and costly. With Colossyan, creators bypass studio and actor expenses using AI for efficient video creation. We aim to simplify advanced technology, breaking communication barriers globally.

    We're a diverse team of 50 across the UK, Hungary, Kosovo, Turkey, Pakistan, Germany, and Poland. After securing $5m in our Series A Round, we're closer to our mission of aiding creators in video production. We target the corporate training sector, assisting professionals globally in crafting quality content while saving time and money.

    Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with all of our functional teams (especially Marketing and Product) but primarily with the Sales team.

    Most of the opportunities you will be working with will be sourced by an SDR or yourself via our self-served product. It's extremely important to have a product mindset, so you can deliver value to our leads before they even become customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Be a consultative partner to provide prospects best AI video creation practices
    • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
    • Manage inbound from our waitlist and generate pipeline from our hand-raisers via the product
    • Help build out and refine our sales process and playbook
    • Constantly capture and synthesize product feedback from our customers; make product recommendations based on this feedback
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
    Qualifications
    • You have 3+ years of carrying a quota and closing 6-figure deals with mid-market and enterprise customers
    • You are passionate about evangelizing Colossyan
    • You read the Product-Led Sales Playbook and know all the details of Product-led Sales
    • You are empathetic and highly driven to make customers successful
    • You have a growth mindset and view setbacks as learning opportunities, not failures
    • You're excited to create and shape the sales playbook
    • You've been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up before

    For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be:
    On Target Earnings (OTE) between $200,000 and $230,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
