Full Time Shift : Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.

Located north of Orlando in the community of Altamonte Springs, our facility is consistently named "Best Hospital" for overall quality, reputation, doctors and nurses by local residents As the largest satellite campus within the AdventHealth system, AdventHealth Altamonte has been providing state-of-the-art healthcare to the community since 1973 The 398-bed hospital cares for more than 168,000 patients a year.

We are proud to be revolutionizing health care with visionary leadership and world-class resources The role you'll contribute: The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.

The value you'll bring to the team:
Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions
Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field 2 years Leadership Experience/Management Experience Three years of technical experience

PREFERRED:

The salary range reflects the anticipated base pay range for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, experience and other relevant factors within this pay range. The minimums and maximums for each position may vary based on geographical location.
