Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday Friday, 8am-5pm.

Located north of Orlando in the community of Altamonte Springs, our facility is consistently named Best Hospital for overall quality, reputation, doctors and nurses by local residents

The role youll contribute:

The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.

The value youll bring to the team:

Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates
Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project
Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
2 years Leadership Experience/Management Experience
Three years of technical experience

PREFERRED:

Master's degree in a related field or combination of Bachelor's degree and related experience
Five years of technical experience preferred
Three years of leadership/management experience
