Our client is a medium-sized software and process consulting company specializing in the development and installation of software solutions for process control technology in tool and mold making. They are part of an international group of companies that manufactures robots, measuring machines, and clamping systems.

For this innovative and forward-thinking client, we are exclusively seeking a Commercial Director (m/f/d) to strengthen the management team through direct placement.

Commercial Director (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Overall commercial responsibility for the company
Management of the commercial team (4-6 employees)
Coordination of site-specific processes, procedures, and activities
Support in achieving objectives for the company/location
Liaison with the parent company and department heads
Implementation of operational measures such as project support/project management and representation in the commercial department
Project management and organizational development according to specific assignments
Reporting to management and the parent company
Ensuring compliance

Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent qualification in business administration
Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the industry (metal processing / service / automation / technology or industrial software development
