Our client is a privately owned, medium-sized company in the field of building automation and measurement, control, and regulation technology.

The systems are manufactured and installed by the company itself. In addition, the company has its own research and development department. Due to strategic growth, our client is currently seeking a Department Manager for Building Automation (m/f/d) in Munich.


  • Your responsibilities: - You will oversee the execution of projects with your disciplinary subordinate project teams
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and quality control in the interdisciplinary implementation of building automation projects
  • You will optimize processes within the department and further expand it
  • You will handle contract negotiations, prepare offers, and monitor cost calculations
  • You will implement process optimizations within your department
  • You will support the sales department in new projects
  • Your profile: - You have successfully completed training in electrical, supply, or automation technology, or alternatively a technician training, engineering degree, or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • You have professional experience in building automation/ measurement, control, and regulation technology
  • You are eager to contribute and shape the location
