I worked as a restaurant manager in Medellin Burger INC for one year and a half and I was in charge of recruiting, training and supervising staff, agreeing and managing budgets, creating staffing schedules, promoting and marketing the business, overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies, I was also handling customer enquiries and complaints, greeting and advising customers. As part of my responsabilities I was in charge of problem solving, keeping financial records, making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. Demonstrate database technical functionality, such as performance, security and reliability was also part of my daily duties. 

Project Developer on Avianca Holdings S.A and I worked under the vicepresidency of engineering alongside a project development team, also I was in charge of one of the improvement project in the maintenance line where I planed, supervised, coordinated work activities of the maintenance staff relating to the suply chain effiiency or sustainabilitily, and the working productive time applying the lean methodology and six sigma.
