- Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) -is a multi-practice professional search firm with three areas of focus: PRS-Finance (accounting & finance), PRS-Energy, and PRS-Engineering. We are built on a team of highly trained and specialized recruiters that focus on providing candidates, specifically in those industries.
- PRS is in the process of growing. We currently have a staff of about 30 with plans to grow to over 100 recruiters over the next 10 years. The Executive Recruiter will work alongside the leadership team to oversee the hiring and training of new Executive Recruiters to the PRS team
- This person will source, screen and interview potential candidates including virtual, face-to-face, and phone interviews for current and future positions
- Lead our 4-6-month training for all new hire recruiters
- This person will train new hires on all facets of the business including new business development, account management and recruiting
- Provide ongoing support and training to new hires throughout their first year
- Work with leadership team to plan and lead lunch & learn trainings
- Provide input and guidance on best practices
- Initiate hiring process to include extending verbal offers, arranging personality tests and background checks
- Collaborate with team to analyze and forecast staffing needs, locales, and strategies
- Working closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline
- Participate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functions
- Make process improvement recommendations as needed

- Experience in direct placement recruiting strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required

Compensation: $95,000 - $150,000 annual compensation in the first year (Base + Commission + Bonus)
Job Type: Full Time with a hybrid schedule (working Mondays and Fridays from home)
