As we continue to expand our presence and product offerings, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive growth and foster strong relationships with clients and partners.
-Key Responsibilities:_
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Client Engagement:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Sales Generation:
Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, presentations, and product demonstrations, leveraging your charismatic communication skills to influence and persuade potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, adapting strategies as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of goals and effective execution of initiatives.
Leadership Mentality:
Lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve excellence and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Optimistic, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership mentality and the ability to influence and inspire others towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
